I just want to know why ford didn't do their headlights in a sporty black version like the fx4 and harleys of the last generation :/. I'm not digging the chrome at all. Heck the only thing that comes close to chrome on my truck are my exhaust tips and they're aluminum.

 

Think there saving the blacked out headlights for maybe 2016, 2017, they have to leave some way to do a refresh. I also was hoping they would be blacked out on the sport package. Kinda strange that everything is blacked out except the headlights. Anyhow if I pick up a 2015 hopefully I can swap them out in a few years to complete the look.

Oh yeah there probably also saving the black rims for that year also.

 

Yeah they'll totally black them out in a couple of years to make it a bit of a refresh for certain models. Doesn't look like the taillights can be blacked out this gen though they're already all red
