Part numbers for gray "leather"(it's probably vinyl):

FL3Z-18644A22-BD Armrest and console assembly
FL3Z-18045G34-AA Black rubber mat to cover the screws inside console
Qty of (2) W715822-S424 Screws(I ordered two and ended up with a bag of 4)

I removed the front cup holder first. There is one T20 Torx screw under the rubber liner, then you carefully pry it out. There's about six clips holding it down tightly. I only used my fingers to avoid marring it.

I cut a hole in the fabric just big enough to get the foam out:




Then carefully cut slits to attach the fabric to the hooks, and trimmed the excess as I went to make sure the retainer clip slots were not blocked:




Then I fit the console in the hole. It turned out pretty good. In the back corners, the fabric is slightly bunched. If it bothers me enough, I left enough fabric to adjust or cut new slits:
