Default 2015 F150 Plat....Old chimes, turn signal, backup camera tones

Its been a while since this has happened. My chimes...not sure what to call it.
My truck sounds like 2012. It would change even now and then. between 2015 back-grounds sounds to 2012 type sounds. chimes etc.... not sure what I do different. I use my keypad mostly to enter in/out.

How can I change back?

Thanks

Thoughts: that’s weird.

I know ..I dont get it. Backup camera sounds like a 2012 ( my previous f150)...Turn signal sound different. Even the enter truck chime.

Sounds like your chimes may be coming out of the IPC versus rear door speakers. The chimes will default to the IPC if it thinks there is a short in the speakers which would otherwise result in lack of warning chimes.

I'm curious about this as well. My 2015 lariat will revert back to the old-school sounds sometimes.
It doesn't do it consistently, and seems to happen no matter what method I use to get into the truck.

Is yours happening consistently?

This is the longest it has done it.... 5 days.
I use the key pad 95% .. Key stays in truck for most part at work(Gym bag)
Then over the weekend I happened to use the fob a few times and now its like this.

Yes in the past it was hit or miss. I thought it has something to do with the key fob. Maybe using remote start etc...
I have no clue on the rhyme of reason.

Maybe have someone with a scan tool see if there are any stored codes?

My 18 actually did this yesterday. It sounded like the old version that I would hear in my buddy's 2013, but after two or three cycles, it reverted to the new chime. I don't recall it ever doing that and I wouldn't know how to duplicate it.

Mine 15 Lariat will do this very rarely. I'll fire it up and the first couple tones will sound like they are coming out of the dash behind the instrument cluster. It will then transition to the speakers. I'm assuming we are talking about the same thing.
