No issues, and live in central Ontario, lots of snow
Have not washed it yet, but it has been changing from rain to freezing rain and snow for the past few months

Both rear doors inoperative below approx -5C to -10C. Will unlock manually, but only from inside pulling lock ****. As soon as it's had some sun on the shadow black paint, will start working again as long as it's not too cold outside.
front doors no issue (knock on wood)
Waiting for parts....

Worst hairday ever...
Option 2
2015 XLT Supercab
Dearborn March 2015 build
no problems in 2015-16 winter.
In December 2016 washer lines froze at -8F, was able to use later same day at 12F. Replaced check valve with barb splice, no problems since.
Also same week rear half-door drivers side would not open, lower latch not releasing. Still would not release on 45F days. Dealer replaced both rear door lower latches per SSM 46260. Doors open fine since but have weird feel when opening.

I voted No and then later today it happened... frozen door latch. Drivers door would not stay closed. The factory grease on the door latch was pretty much solid causing it to stay open.
I dumped washer fluid all over the latch, freed it up with my key, then sprayed it with WD-40 and now my door closes shut better than ever.
I've had the truck covered in a thick layer of ice after freezing rain, and in very cold temps with no issues, but for some reason today (-4c) it happened... Probably something to do with rain earlier this week.

I believe it was an October 2014 build date from Dearborn (very early production, serial A01316).
The only reason it started acting up in my second winter is likely because I picked it up in late February 2015, fresh lubricant kept the moisture out for a little while.

2016 F150 XL Frozen Door Locks
I voted option one on the poll. Since I live in Northeastern Ohio, we have many days below freezing. Since January has been wet with rain, and as some have suggested, that water penetrates the door/window seals and causes the problem. But for others, it may be the wrong type of grease used in the mechanism, a type that isn't appropriate for freezing weather.
