I have probably lost that much coolant since 2015. I have never seen a drip fall. As for the oil, mine went in once for the pan, then RIGHT after, it had to go back for the TSB on the oil pressure sensor. Last oil change, I didn't notice anything.

It's hard to tell from those pictures where it's weeping from...but one thing to note is that if there's weeping from the seam between the head and the block, that's a sure sign that it needs to get checked as soon as possible. If your gasket is failing, it's only a matter of time before you destroy the entire engine especially with the amount of coolant that runs through those water jackets on the EB. If you're seeing seeping from the exhaust manifolds (is that what the pictures are?), it wouldn't be the first time they've leaked. I'd be less concerned about those though although it should still get fixed...it just won't mean disaster for your engine if you don't get it in right away.

Going to call the dealer tomorrow and set an appointment. I'll let you know what they say. Either way oil shouldn't be seeping from both sides cylinder heads. It seeps more at the ends and middle which makes me think stretched head bolts. Maybe a tech there wants some warranty hours haha.

The exhaust manifold looks cast into the head from this pic, but it's not where the inlet of the turbo is. Its definitely leaking from the head to the block. Its leaking where the pic below shows the letter A and the top horizontal line.

Talked to Ford. They said its typical for this to happen. It's not leaking so they wont do anything about it. The dealer did note it so if in the future something happens there is a good chance Ford will cover it (obviously not way into the future). My dealer is good she said they would help me out if something happened and Ford backs out.

I would be curious how many other trucks have something like this and people don't even know. It's a really hard area to look at.

I was hoping to have this truck for quite a while, but likely wont now given it's a ticking time bomb. Dealer is going to get me a ball park idea on how much it would cost to replace the issue area. With that number I can do my own math and decide if trading in or moving on is the best approach.
