Default 2015 Console wiring question

I've searched but can't seem to find the answer. I am adding a column shift console to my 2015 XLT with 320A package, the console I picked up came from a 2016. The consoles front plug has three wires on the connector, a yellow and black wire that power the USB hub, and a black with blue stripe which appears to go to the rear compartment light. My truck doesn't have this plug, I am adding Sync 3 also so I have the adapter harness to supply the USB but where do I need to hook the black wire with blue stripe to?

Console connector.
Console connector

Truck harness with the adapter harness for Sync3 connected. The other plug goes to the original cigarette lighter, it has a yellow wire and a black with blue stripe. This black with blue stripe is ground.
