Im looking to hardwiring my LED tailgate bar (to stop the phantom trailer from following me everywhere) but i have the BLIS and don not want to mess with the rear taillight computers, so i'm thinking about tapping into the front turn signals for blinkers and running lights but that does not give me brake light function, I though about tapping in to the 3rd brake light, then i read about the extra CHMSL wire most Fords have for campers and such (even though having the white LEDs come on with my bed light instead of reverse lights would be cool).
So I can't find anything on the location of the chmsl on the 2015s any help would be appreciated
Also, if anyone knows where the wires from the 3rd brake light/cargo lights run to that might help as well.
hooked up with the 4pin

The BLIS has nothing to do with your rear turns and brake lights. Use a voltmeter to find the wires that go to your brakes and turns and tap into them.

Well 3 Ford dealerships and 2 High End audio shops would not do it because of the BLIS (the 15 pin wire connector) and the worry of messing up the BMC. I also have the LED taillights (I think all of the BLIS trucks do) so from what i was told most of the wires do not put out 12v so its not easy to find the correct wires back there, but if someone has done it or has a wiring diagram that might help too.
