Yesterday they had none, today they had 1... so yeah... better to get the order in and "forget about it" otherwise you'll go nuts trying to find it.

I did this with some Rigid SR series for my demo truck... NOBODY had them in stock, even Rigid was out. So I just ordered them, forgot about them... they are now en route

Hopefully that set is headed for Virginia. I purchased a set from you yesterday afternoon.

When installing LEDs in anzo low beam do I need to mount the ballast outside the housing ? I thought I read that everything would fit inside the housing .

The consensus is to mount the ballast on the outside of the housing as it becomes too hot, creating premature LED failure. I lost 2 XPH50 LEDs in less than 6 months w/ the ballast mounted inside of my low beam halogen cavity.

Interestingly, on the new Putco Silverlux Pros that I plan to put in my new Anzo’s, the instructions show putting the ballast inside the cavity. I’m still going to mount outside to be safe.

Are you getting the Putco XHP70's for the Lows and XHP50's for the Highs?

I bought the XHP70's for both low and high.

Will I need extentions to make that work ?

Tracker, are you planning to put LEDs or HIDs in the Anzos? If so, are you worried about passing VA state inspection with those bulbs vice using the H7 halogens that the Anzos are designed for?

I am planning to use LEDs (XHP70 for Lows and XHP50's for Highs, not sure which brand) based on the conversations here. I was not worried about passing the VA state inspection until you asked me the question. I have had the same auto mechanic since I was 17 (in my 50's now), so I will ask him before I pull the trigger on the LEDs.

Yeah, it's technically illegal in VA (maybe other states too, IDK) to put any other kind of bulb in your headlight housing other than what was DOT approved for it. I'm still planning to put HIDs in my Anzos when I get them, and worst case I'll just swap in the halogens once a year for the inspection.

Just thought I would throw that out there in case you weren't aware of the laws here.

For sure on the highbeam side you will need an extension as it will require a new dust cover (90mm) to fit over the new LED. The low beam side you might have enough room as you'll retain the existing dust cover, however, I bought an extension to use for that as well.

4x4 (Adam) sells the complete kit you'll need including detailed instructions.
