2" RC Leveling and Height Difference
I am at the shop now and we could not find what was wrong. Everything was connected right. I did noticed that he actually reversed the strut when placing it back with the spacer instead of compressing the spring and turning the cap 180 degrees. I have read somewhere that you could swap the driver and passenger side struts. This is what I told him to do because he didn't have a spring compressor. Hopefully this is the reason why....
Does anyone have any experience with swapping the driver and passenger struts? Will it caused any issues down the road? Both front struts are the same part number so I figured it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think it should be a problem switching both struts. I just had my shop install my 2" RC today and they had to turn the cap 180 degrees for everything to be installed. There's a youtube video where a guy had to do the same thing during his install - turn his cap 180 degrees. I think you should be good to go...
If I just kept the higher front, would it there be any significant wear down the road or just cosmetics?
Update: After the shop took it apart and put it all back together (I supervised closely) the truck still sat 1/2" - 1" higher than the rear. I made sure he installed everything correctly and are now clueless as to why the 2" gave almost a 3" lift. The only idea I have is that the stock height was higher than I made measured/remembered. The only option now is to get a 1" rear block. Any recommendation on the block?

Check your cv angles... as expected, it'll be more than stock but you don't want it too be too extreme, which will result in premature front end problems. As reference, here's mine after install of the 2" RC... unfortunately, I didn't take a pic of the before.
