Default 2.7L head

2016 2.7L coolant loss. I have a cracked cylinder head (water dripping out of exhaust port) even while static. I’m finding it extremely hard to locate a passenger side cyl head. I have one source, but I have already tried a head rebuilt head from them, so I’m looking for another. Does anyone know of a good source for cylinder heads and why are these so frickin hard to find?? Plenty of them are available for the driver side. Ford only wants like $2500 for one head. 🤣

Fairly desperate and moderately frustrated.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Who's your source?

There's two on eBay. I've had luck saving searches on eBay so I get emails when parts matching my search are added.

I think there's even more passenger side ones listed.

Yea, unfortunately that listing is for a 2018..which will not work. Finding a good (2016 Gen1 2.7L passenger side) cylinder head is like searching for a unicorn. Haha. There’s only one to be found on EBay that is rebuilt and ready to go for $999. I have one on the truck right now from that supplier that’s now cracked and leaking. Other places are either out of stock or it’s salvaged with unknown condition. Anyone that needs and searches for this particular head is going to be disappointed.

Thanks for the help.

why not take it to a shop and get it fixed....we used to do that to aluminum heads all the time, really isn't that hard. You can use a dye to find the crack, grind it out a little then weld it up.
