2.7 sputtering
Ok, i have a 2018 F150 FX4 with the 2.7 Eco that has around 110,000 miles. Very good truck overall.
recently, i have noticed some sputtering or hesitation when shifting during acceleration. Nothing significant but i am noticing it. Has anybody had this issue. i am hoping it is something as simple as getting new spark plugs and not an trans issue. Thanks in advance.

Plugs were due to replaced at 100K miles.
It has been the consensus that the turbo engines are a bit tougher on plugs than the NA engines so replacing them sooner than later has been most helpful.
I would strongly suggest replacing the plugs and let us know how it goes. Be sure and make sure they are gapped correctly.

I have seen some others on here replacing as early as 60,000 miles. Definitely should have been done way before now. How often do you change your air filter. I am shocked at some of the air filters that I pull on our F-150 work trucks.
As already stated, plug change is overdue per OEM at 100k, and way overdue if you like optimum gas mileage and a smooth starting and running truck. I would also suggest cleaning the throttle body as well.
