This seems nice to watch.

Has to be 2x4, the 2.7 Eco 4x4 comes standard with 3.55

Here is another take on the 2.7 from a car tester.

For those wondering, we have achieved upwards of 28 MPG on straight highway stints in our 2.7-L EcoBoost-equipped F-150, which we weighed empty at slightly under 5,000 lbs. The 2015 Volvo V60 Cross Country, for comparison, is rated at 20/28 city/highway MPG, respectively.
Stay tuned to TFLcar for more exciting videos on both the 2015 Volvo V60 Cross Country and the 2015 Ford F-150.

Without them stating how it was calculated, I'm unwilling to take those numbers seriously. Going off of the dash is not reliable by any stretch.

If you start out slow for several miles on every trip and end slow before getting there for several miles the MPG will jump significantly also simply by not hurrying. It warms up and cools down more efficiently using less fuel doing so. The difference between 75 and 55 MPH for a few miles is huge in MPG with the truck and only costs a few minutes more time. Plus you are a lot safer at the beginning and end of your trip. I have seen well over a 1 mpg total trip average increase by doing this very simple patient procedure by simply leaving 5 minutes earlier.

I ease off lights, drive slow and no faster than 70 mph in the interstate even though it's a 75 MPH speed limit. I'm very pleased with the mileage on mine.

Yes it is. The vast majority of owners report that the dash meter is within .5 mpg.

My lifetime hand calculated is 18.9. The dash readout for that period is 19.2. I check every tank and it is always that close.

I was a skeptic on the gauge too, but, I've heard enough good things about them here, and the guys at TFL did a MPG test where it clearly showed it was withing a couple of tenths of a gallon also.

I noticed it's off by a little more if you're using remote start often. Mine was off by about 1-1.3 MPGs when using remote start for about an hour and a half total through 1 tank.
