2.7 Ecoboost RCI Skidplate Install Question

The first time I did an Oil change, was a challenge to get the oil to flow directly below and not everywhere.
The only downside is that it's slow compared the standard plug. I think a mechanic may get frustrated with this and just remove it. Which you can obviously do but then how much oil spills onto the skid plate.
Again, believe it's been discussed but I have a 2.7 which came with the Yellow Plastic Drain Plug.

Same. I have RCI on order but not yet received. If the mechanic can just drop the plate and replace, I’ll probably just leave it as is. Having to tote an oily tube to drain the oil is not something I want to do.

It actually worked very well. I am changing my own oil so truck is in the garage and not jacked up. The main reason for me purchasing this was because of the Skid/Cat Plate (Talons Garage) that I have installed and the small opening for changing oil. The Valve is easy to open slowly and let the oil drain out through the hole, no mess.
