Yes but if I remember correctly the DTC is only stored in memory for a certain qty of drive cycles without the same issue reoccurring. I believe it is 3 drive cycles.

This is certainly NOT an all inclusive list of the reasons the 2015 F150 w/2.7L may have a CEL but these are the most common causes with known issues and improved parts

My check engine light came on, during my drive to work this past week. I drove to a dealer and dropped it off. Later that day they called and said they performed TSB 15-171 Replace evap line, dtc P2450.

I was told to bring it in anyway because they can pull the code even if the light has gone back out! I think it's a good idea anyway just to have it looked at.

A stored code will be in the memory until cleared. It will stay active or on UNTIL it sees 3 drive cycles without an error, then it will turn itself off. So close. Long story short, yes it will be stored in memory codes.
