GooPro it. I have used that method more than once to pin point a noise/vibration while driving. I built a magnetic mount so I could easily move it around quickly under the truck. I also used the GoPro app on my phone to remotely control and watch. It worked excellent.

 

Back to your issue; i think it could be the top strut bolts perhaps loose. As previously mentioned, check all strut bolts to ensure they are tight.

 

Nope going in and out of 4wd is smooth

 

I'll check those. But it also has a slight disalignment
