Default 12V Power

I have a 2015 XLT Eco and wondered if any of the 12V power points are hot when the key is in the off position. I liked my older generation F150s (I have owned 3 2005s) that I could charge my cell phone while the truck was off. I cant find a hot outlet in my 2015. Thanks!

No, the only way you get that is a wiring modification. Its an easy modification to do. Your reasons for charging a phone was the reason I did the mod.
