Default 12v plug in Console...when does it turn off?

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can explain the timing on the 12v socket which is in the bottom of the console on the 2017 limited? It appears to be some sort of "time accessory", but I can't make sense of when it is active and when it is not. I know it is on with key and with accessory, but it appears to stay on for some time afterwards and might even be on when the door is open? I am just not sure yet and wonder if anyone can shed some light on what activates that socket. Thinking of using it for my wireless charger, but want to be sure I understand when it will be on before i wire into it. Thanks!

Actually it appears that maybe its a 1-hour timed disconnect and also on the low-voltage disconnect circuit. That makes sense and will work for this application. Sorry for the post as this info is already available in the forum.

Manual says it will turn off in 75 minutes after you remove the key.
