Default 10R80 Causing Vibration?

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Dropped transmission pan, changed filter and replaced fluid with the proper Mercian ulv fluid 3 days ago. Drove about 200 miles. On my way home, truck started making awful noise and vibrating through wheel, pedal, etc. shook the whole truck, and felt like I was running over the safety strips on the side of the highway. Pulled over in a town, realized that the dipstick was overfilled. Pumped out fluid so that the level was right in the middle of “B” box at operating temp. Reset adaptive tables using forscan. Ran fine for about 40 miles, then after hitting a bump, awfulness happened again.

Not 100% sure this is the transmission, but it seems like it is. The same vibration persists whether coasting or pushing the throttle, stops after I come to complete stop, then seems to come back when a bump or weird spot in the road is hit.

Any advice, help, support greatly appreciated.
