Default !0r80 Question? Please help!

I have a 2019 F150 4x4 5.0. it now has 65k miles on it, I started having issues with shifting from 3rd to 4th or 5th at 300 miles. Ford would never acknowledge the problem so and could not duplicate as the say. now my trans is shifting EXTREMELY hard when it does decide to shift (both up and down) kicks out of tenth to first. and now sometimes will not even go into gear after stopping. I have had the Valve body and pump replaced. still same problem. took it to Ford yesterday to reflash and update, no change except its alot worse. Does anyone else have an idea of WHAT else would control the shifting problems? it is my only vehicle so I am desperate. Thanks for any help

it the bushing for the cdf hub. the bushing will move and if it moves enough it will collide with the planetary gear set for that hub. the when that happens the bushing eats into the gear set and those fine particles make their way into the valve body and cause hard shifting. ask me how i know.
