Hello all, I am looking into powder coating a set of Platinum wheels but found a set back. The center cap is plastic with a metal skin over it. Would y'all recommend painting the wheels and caps or powder coating the wheels and painting the cap? I also am considering wrapping the cap in gloss black vinyl.
