Hello. The rustoleum universal matte spray paint, good or not? Can i use in my rims? Thanks

 

If you're painting steel wheels yes. If you want to paint aluminum rims you have to first clean them with TSP the apply a self etching primer then the paint. Matt paint will collect dirt so you might consider Satin Black Rustoleum. I love Rustoleum products for the most part
