matte or gloss. .. that is the question
I am going to paint the roof on my truck black. Should I go with matte or a gloss?

If you are going to consider matte, might as well plasti-dip it.
I vote gloss black. If you had matte black headlamps, and wheels, might be more inclined to vote matte roof.

Plastidip it matte black for probably under $30. And if you regret doing matte black, pull it off and get it painted gloss. Just my $.02

I also like the idea of the plasi dip. If you dip it and like that matte so much you could always peel it off and get it painted.
