Front Bumber help

So I hit a stone wall and bent my bumber in so I tried pulling it out with chain and that worked but I pulled it to far out and need to bend back in but I cant figure out how to do it. Any suggestions.

take the wheel off or turn it as far left as you can and use a hammer?
