Unhappy Video of Problem

I have no repair skills. Does anyone know what this problem could be? I would like to have some sense of what is wrong before I talk to a local a garage. If you could guesstimate what it is and how much it would cost.

Things I know.

2003 F150 4x4 XLT
Terrible Squeeking.
S belt is good.
Check engine light on.
Air condition still blows cold air.
Vehicle now stalls at idle.
Occasionally a whirling sound.
Parked it for 2 weeks. Battery was dead.

Do you know what the code is? You can take it to most auto stores and they will check for free. Other than that sounds like a pulley is bad. Is the squeak coming from the alternator? Since it died the alternator may not be charging the battery as it should but usually that will result in the battery light coming on. I'd pull the codes, that will tell you what is wrong.

if altenator is not charging the battery will eventually die and engine will no longer run as it requires battery power for pcm and all other essential systems that require 12 v from battery

Default sounds

It sounds like a relay click, did you give or get a jump, do you have mega stereo, anything like that, It could be an alt. diode problem, or a fan clutch,a/c clutch or the like, the power loss tells me it is electrical. All those parts have relays, or the like.

Default Autozone free code check, alt check, and battery results

Codes are P0171 and P0174 ... Fuel lean codes
Battery and Alt test good
Can that video of that squealing, these codes, and the stalling at lights be related?
