2003 f150 4.6l 4x2. The other day I got off the highway and truck stalled.
Put it in neutral started right up but would stall every time I put it in gear. If I feather the throttle I can get the truck going. Truck is running great and was recently tuned. Today per recommendation of another board member I put in one 10oz bottle of lubeguard red. Instantly it fixed problem. I was driving in town so really couldn't get it up to speed. The transmission felt great. Later on in the day I got on a road where I got the truck up to 50mph. When I got to the first light the truck stalled and I had to go back to feathering throttle to get it in gear. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
