I have a 97, 180,000 miles 4.6 L with new heads that I put on due to a ticking. I still have the ticking and if I put a scope on the vavle cover bolt on the right side back I can hear it very well. Can this be rist pin slap or bearing

 

I would check for a broken rocker arm first.
