I have a 1998 f-150 with 5.4. When I start the truck it has a rough start up kinda shakes. Does anyone have an idea?

 

I'd start with checking for vacuum leaks. Then have your injectors cleaned by a professional, and replace your fuel filter. Check your fuel pressure as well. Being that it's a 98' it could probably use a good run through on the whole intake system. Start simple.
