Retarded timing chain
I have no idea if this is true or not, but are the timing chains on the 95 351W retarded to let less fuel in??? I was talking with someone about improving my trucks power and he said to change the chain to let more fuel in since the stock one is retarded. My truck is form Cali. so it's got a lot of emmisions on it but is this true? Thanks for the help.
