Rail Pump Stuck On PLEASE HELP!
Truck-1989 Ford F150 Straight Six 4x4.
Ok so today i tried to start my truck it started but after driving for about a mile the truck started to sputter then died.i turned the key and heard the rail pump was stuck on and the truck will not start.also i could turn the key a couple of times and the pump would act normal but the truck would only run for about 5 minutes and sputter and die again. i have replaced the rail pump,Fuel pressure regulator(5 months ago),fuel pump relay,fuel pump in tank,icm,new complete tune up,starter silonoid,and igniton switch. Any ideas? people keep telling me it is the eec relay.
