Default Problems with my 5.4

I have a 2007 with 136k on the odometer. Lately it hasn't been running that great. While driving down the road it will start hesitating and jerking, usually in OD. This has been happening for about two months and it does it about once a week. Just today it started hesitating while sitting at a red light. Thought it was going to stall but never did. It was fine after that episode.
From searching it sounds like some coils could be going out. What does everyone else think?

Coils and plugs STAT!

P.S. Save yourself a headache and use Motorcraft plugs and you will want an 8mm 1/4" drive swivel socket to get those back two coil hold down bolts out.

A 1/4" drive 6" long extension will complete the tools needed to make the job as painless as possible, trust me I do this for a living.

I had the spark plugs replaced a couple of years ago. So how much would it cost to replace the coils?
