what r the best type of performance headers for f150 2007

Helps to know the budget also. I say this because if u put a set of long tubes on you have to mount the O2's in a different spot than stock. The factory puts them close to the engine and they read very close to the exhaust. When u move them down stream u need to tune the transport delay so the exhaust reaches the sensor at the right time. Otherwise the O2's will be reading exhaust that is further away from the engine.

Yep. Put a X pipe in the system as you plumb in the pipes. It helps add a little power and you have to plumb it any way.

If I had to say just one it would be Kooks. You just don't want to get too big a tube size and lose torque.
