Default Oil in Tail Pipe, No Oil In Engine

I pickup a 2002 HD with 44K on it. Changed the oil 4,500 miles ago. When I went to get some gas, I noticed that there was oil in the tail pipes. Upon checking the dipstick, I found that there was no oil in the engine. I rarely use the Supercharger and I am a slow of the line because there is always another light up a ahead. On the highway I am averaging 70 - 80 mph. Every once in a while, I stomp on it to have some fun. I found "back splash" oil in the in hose between the air filter and the s-charger.
No oil where I park. So with that said, does this seem normal, or could I have a bad oil ring or something?
A little help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Sounds to me like you have an oil control ring bad on a couple of pistons.
