04 f150 4x4 5.4 3v. Ok so the truck has cam phasers making noise,so when I go to replace them I'm gonna swap the cams. I need some help on what to get. IDE like to hear about anyother swaps and how it turned out. I don't want to go crazy,and don't want to haveto have it tuned.I want the truck to lope a little and will be happy with 30hp gain.I don't want to change springs,if I have to change the converter I don't mind.the truck is stock but will be installing headers also...And do I need to do anything to the intake???will a hand tuner be a good idea too??? Thanks for any advice.
