Default Need Help

I have a 2011 f150 ecoboost. Every once in a while, at parking lot speed and slowing down, my truck makes a horrible clunk sound and feels like another vehicle hit me from behind. Currently have 57,000 miles. I just picked it up from the from service, they replaced a bottom air deflector on air charge cooler and told me this should fix the issue. Well, it did not. Anyone know what the problem could be?

I want to look into this to see how I can help, Hunt4Life. PM me your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership; I'll get to work.
