Hello, I have a 2001 f150 lariat model with the 5.4 triton motor...Was told the cats needed replaced, so guy puts new ones on and they glow like crazy, mainly passenger side. He cuts muffler off and then says motor is shot.
It's my businss truck, I had a guy drivin it and he drove it for 3 days while it ran like ****.
My question is has anyone else went through this and any answers would be great, do you think he ****ed up the motor if the cats were clogged.
