Default Engine Light and O2 sensor

I have a 2004 F-150 Lariat 4 door with a 5.4.
Problem is engine light came on took it to Ford dealer ship and they told be $750 to change out plugs and 02 sensor on bank 1 sensor 1. Well i didnt do it, I change out the 02 sensor my self. What i could pickup from the Autozone detailed drawing about where the 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 is right up under the driver side floor board area. Is that the correct one for bank 1 sensor 1? I didnt change plugs, yet. Probably will get dealer to do it one day cant afford now. Truck runs rough off and on. Doesnt run rough all the time. Can be idleing smooth than just start idleing rough. I have a Superchips tuner where i can get the error codes. With the stock programing in it i get error P0053= HO2S Heater Resistance Bank 1 Sens 1. P0132 = Oxy Sens Circ High Voltage Bank 1 Sens 1. P2196 02 Sens Signal Stuck Rich bank 1 Sens 1. Any help or suggestions. I can clear the codes and the light goes off but with in 3 miles of driving i get the p0132 and p0053 code every time. the p2196 code might show up this time i check or it might not show up but about every other time i check. Been trouble shooting about a week now. Thanks.

Randy

Bank 1 Position 1 is on the passenger side closest to the engine. The best way to change it is to remove the plastic fender well (5mm screws) and use a crows foot 7/8". I just went through the same thing, but it was one of the wires on the engine side that had somehow came out of the plug.
