Default Edge programmers - BUSTED

I just got a note that Edge Programmers have been found guilty of violating the Clean Air Act. They were fined $500k and ordered to buy back all programmers of customers who want a refund.

I wonder if Banks is next ??

That would be programmer+straight pipe, not just programmer, but hey if people feel like burning their damn near $4.00 a gallon diesel I have no problem with it, it's there money... I had all my windows down yesterday and a friend with a straight piped duramax and programmer dumped a cloud of smoke right when I was turning behind him and all the smoke rolled into my truck I was one pissed off individual!! Lol

Just a general statement. Pretty much every "built" diesel blows smoke. Its the cool thing to do.

Yeah my dad had a 6.0 with a bully dog and dual 5" pmt diesel straight pipes but he never had the programmer turned up, and it barely blew smoke. But he had to have the programmer because we owned a flooring store and most of the time he was pulling an 8x20 cargo trailer with atleast 3 pallets of floor and each pallet weighed atleast 1.5 tons and 1 pallet in the bed of the truck, that truck pulled like a mule!! I miss the poor thing it never gave an ounce of trouble either
