Default Ecoboost

So this started the other day. When I get on the gas hard it sounds like a hamster wheel when the turbo spools up, just the driver side one. Only last a couple of seconds. Also you can really hear the turbos spool and dump. Can any one help me on this.

Exhaust leak at the manifiold, look at the manifold bolts and see if any are missing/snapped off.

It's a 2013. It looks like a small exhaust leak on the top of the manifold between the second to last one and the last one. Not 100% sure. Hard to see. It don't sound like an exhaust leak. Motor sounds the same cold or hot. What's the p0016 code?

If you can move the fender molding and check to see if the manifold bolt behind the turbo is missing.

Moved the fender bolt it still there. I noticed it only makes the noise when the motor is warmed up. When the motor is cold it does not make the noise.
