Default Adding more HP

Ok i have a 08 4.2L V6. I have added the K&N and tornado to the truck. What other performance parts are there for a 4.2L. Just adding more HP. Thanks

Tornado???WTF?? Not to seem offensive or negative but does that thing actually do anything? Ive understood that its a big waste of money from a lot guys and I also saw it on a reputable site(cant remember which one right now) that was doing testing on different mods for better fuel mpg and they had the same results.

Take the tornado out, it is just obstructing air flow.

http://www.supersixmotorsports.com/ This site will be your friend.

http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum50/ <--- that link has a forum on the 3.8 and 4.2L Ford V6's .

I've heard Gibson has a good cat back exhaust kit for the 4.2L

a 6 banger can be built a little no doubt. I knew a guy that took a 250 chevy (argh chevy) engine and put a cam from comp cams in it and did a little exhaust work and was getting 300 hp out of it... it sounded good and would run with a stock 350 chevy engine. I am sure he had to do some carb work but I am not exactly sure what he did on that end of the stick.
