I have been trying to fingure out a good motor to put in my truck. It currently has a 4.2L and i was hoping to find a V8 that would match up to the 5 speed in the truck because i really dont want to have to go through the process of changing a trans also. I was told that a 5.4 or a 4.6 wouldnt work but a 302 would. Does anyone know if this is correct?
