how much horsepower will a stock bottom end hold on 5.4 2 vavle 2001?

also if i was to run custom tunes , turbo , e-fans , air intake , strait pipe , underdrive pulleys , and 75 shot of nos would there be a bad chance of blowing the bottom end out?

what would need to be done to my motor to hold all of this? just wanna see what everyone says. besides what i think lol.
