Thumbs down 4.2 engine

My 2000 F150 needed washerr fluid,so I checked all my fluids and discovered no oil on the dipstick,so adding 1qt at a time&checking it in between I added 5qts.the oil still doesnt show on the dipstick! There are no leaks under the truck&its been 2 days since I added, having driven it about 70 miles since adding it runs normal and I added the correct weight oil,the antifreeze does seem to be a dark grey/black color but its not any thicker than normal, the truck has 95000 mi and never has had a problem I bought it new,any ideas, thanks

Don't like the color of the antifreeze at all. At this time can't offer up an idea. A little more info for the rest of the forum. How much oil is added between service intervals? Not this time, but regularly. Usually water goes into the oil not visa versa. Any smoke out the tail pipe?
