I have a strange problem that just started happening yesterday but its random. It mainly happens at lower speeds,30-45, but whenever I am driving the speedometer just drops and then kicks back up. Also there is no check engine light on.

Here is a video that i was able to get last night of the problem. I just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas before I take it to the dealership.

most likely a short in the cluster..
