I have the 5.4, 373 gears and 35s. I don't remember my F350 being this sluggish to shift and start moving. I know the fluid needs changing and am planning a gear swap soon however it shifts very sluggish and lazy. Here is a video taking off from a stop sign. Does this seem like a bad torque converter or other possible problem or is this normal for these trucks? Sorry but coming from the high performance world and manual transmissions it all feels weird to me.
