So i notice my truck is running pretty rough, 2001 f150 with a 4.6. I put the code reader on it and i get 0306, 0453, 0401, 0174 and 1000. I clear the codes and after it runs a couple of minutes 1 of them returns, 0453.

How do I even start to track this down? Any troubleshooting advice would be very much appreciated, and thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge with me.
