If I can get My Spark Plugs out what plugs are you guys putting back in? And what is this aisle tool or something look like?

When I did mine, I put Champion one piece back in.. for me it was peace of mind.. It's been a while now since I've done it and haven't run into any issues..

Just changed mine. Used the new Motorcraft plugs with the anti-seize lube. No problems. Change the COPs too. 75,000 miles

Default 2008 Plugs

I'm told that changing the plugs in my 2008 F150 SCrew 5.4L is hard. Been quoted $1000.00 at one shop. Is it really difficult. I've heard the plugs have a tendency to break off. I've got 180,000 kms.
