Default TCM Programming

I had a P0720 (output shaft speed sensor) code come up on my 2012. (2nd gen 6R80 trans) I was able to clear the code and keep driving with no issues except the torque converter wouldn’t lock. The sensor is part of the lead frame so I replaced the lead frame and valve body. After replacement the car starts and idles fine, but when I go through the gears I can hear it shift but it won’t engage. The truck won’t move regardless of throttle position, or gear. If I leave it in drive or reverse the rpm’s bounce around quite a bit (I’m assuming because the torque converter is still spinning?) I don’t think I messed anything up on the install. Any ideas on what’s going on? Does it need to be programmed since the ECM is part of the lead frame? If so, is there anyway I can do that myself without breaking the bank or does is need to go to the dealer? Thanks in advance!
