My 07 expedition has the p0016 I took it down replaced chains guides and tensioners. Fired it up and still has p0016. It’s hard to start and rattles on startup. Idles like it’s skipping. Could this be a phaser or is that bank out of time? I swapped cam sensors and vvt solenoids and code is still a p0016
