new owner of an F150. Question
Hello. As stated in the title, I just bought a F-150 5.4 FFV 3V 2007 Super Crew Cab 4x4.
I live in Europe.
Fuel being very expensive here we run the engine with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) Fuel less rich than gasoline but much cheaper.
But we also keep the original system of gasoline.
While driving, I noticed a breakdown when the truck was traveling at low speed. I also noticed that the engine was working poorly in the park. My beauty when it's hot. When he is cold, he makes no mistake.
My truck is throwing error codes. I buy an analysis tool (Actron CP9690 Elite)
To perform the test, it runs on gasoline.
He launches DTC P0316 (Failure of 1000 first laps)
P0301 (misfire of cylinder 1)
P2195 (O2 sensor Rank 1)
P2197 (O2 sensor Row 2)
I delete the codes. I reverse coil 1 with coil 3.
A code has disappeared P0301.I think I have a problem with my candles.
My other question
How can I know the year and month of engine manufacture?
What do you think?
Thank you for your help

I found that antifreeze was flowing against my passenger side coil.
I'm pretty sure that when I fix it I will not have any ignition problem anymore.
I just picked up the truck a few days ago. I have to get used to the engine essences. It's been 10 years since I was driving a diesel GM.
