Default Need Help!!!

Hey I have a 2002 5.4 Super Crew it has 128,000 on it and I use it every day for work. The problem that i'm having is about 3,000 to 4,000 rpms I hear this rattling sound from what I can tell its coming from the right side of the engine while under a load such as passing or getting on it. Now while in park or neutral and I rev the engine I don't hear it. Now before it hit the 3,000 mark its quit until the 3,000 up to 4,000 rpms after the 4,000 rpms its quit. Any help would be great as I really have not had any other issue with this truck other than the famous coil packs. I have done a tune up about 2 weeks ago with the platinum tip plugs that are required on this model.

Thanks

Would that be something I should worry about? And what do you mean labor knocking?

Usually 87 octane in an old muscle car. I think it's valves knocking. You need to ask people here that know more than me
